Job Title: Site / Project Manager: +) My main specialization is in deep foundation piling and associated works used in land-based structures where the surface soil layerss cannot provide the required load-bearing capacity. The associated works of piling is testing, pile head trimming and breaking, soil excavation, and dewatering system in case of near surface water table. +) Reveiwing Site Investigation Report to understand the subsurface condition of the site and considering the given recommendations. +) Arranging all preliminaries following the Consultant comments. +) Studying all drawings such as lay out, skectch design and all other details before starting the work at site. +) Following Safety Standards, (B.S or A.S.T.M) as per the Consultant requirements up to the satisfaction of the Management and the Client. +) Issuing HSE (Health, Safety & Envirinment) Plan for the project prior starting site work to ensure safe operation of the work. +) Preparing program of the work to achieve satisfied progress. +) Purchesing construction materials such as steel, concrete, spacers, etc. +) Submitting daily & weekly progress reports. +) Following laboratory test results such as concrete cube, Steel strength, etc.. +) Supervising piling tests such as Static Load Test, High Strain Dynamic Test, Cross-Hole Sonic Logging Test, Caliper Logging Test and Pile Integrity Test. +) Preparing As Built Drawings after completing site work to get the final approval from the consultant. +) Following Final Contractual requirements to cover the (HS) Handover Submission forms, the (TOC) Taking Over Certificate, etc.
