• Led a team of professionals to develop Al Reef Development project; a 250 acre gated community comprised of 4, 200 units, Scope of work included:
- Concept design for a fully integrated school & a mixed-use community- wellness centre
- Leading presentations & meetings with authorities to obtain approvals
• Prepared the interior concept design for the company's new headquarters
• Initiated & Led the redesign of 17 residential towers of BMC Mix Use Development; applying value engineering to increase the project's efficiency and enhance return
• Led the redesign of Amman Gardens project; a 125 acre development of townhouses & apartments, including master planning & public realm
- Prepared the design of the signage system for the Development
• Provided advice, guidance & technical support for the design team & consultants, conducted the pre-qualification process for consultants and contractors in Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and KSA
• Effectively Led the bidding stage process
• Negotiated contractual terms & cost of critical issues & proposed solutions for: Dubai Tower, Doha; a 93 story mixed-use project; hotel, apartments, offices & retail, and,
- Yiti Resort, Oman; a 420 Ha golf course & beach resort, 5 star hotels, spa & residents
• Managed the master planning and architectural design for: Shinas Resort, Oman, a 500 Ha; golf course, 5 star hotels, spa, equestrian centre & marina, and,
- Bahrain Resort
• Led a team of architects to design Amwaj Bouregreg Mix-Use Development, Morocco
• Led teams of professionals, contractors, consultants & other intra- & inter-divisional stakeholders to implement projects' studies & feasibility analysis including Sales & marketing, project management & Facility management
