Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:, month
and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll
and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance
analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs,
fixed asset activity, debt activity, VAT Report & upload Online
 Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
 Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
 Coordinate and complete annual audits
 Provide recommendations
 Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
 Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
 Meet financial accounting objectives
 Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Responsible for the activities Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and
staying in contact with vendors and shippers
 Follow the accounting steps in the audit and registration, in addition to keeping customer
lists and follow-up in monthly collections according to the Schedule of materials supplied to
them
 Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically
designed to bring in more revenue
 Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training
methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
 Work with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales
floor and store windows
 Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
