• Maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning and
implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing
work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Completing warehouse operational requirements by scheduling
and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Maintaining warehouse staff job results by recruiting, selecting,
orienting, training employees, coaching, counseling, and
disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job
results.
• Overseeing and coordinates daily warehouse activities such as
receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring
the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing
the warehouse.

• Preparing quotes and proposals for a vast portfolio of company
commercial kitchen equipments along with SO fulling the
demand and supply and forecasting the stocks on quarterly and
semi-annually basis.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with Key Accounts to
ensure satisfaction with new products.
• Maintaining clients supply and demand on their requested ERPs
such as SAP & Oracle
• Creating monthly reports on inventory management and supply
chain. Monitored inventory levels and adjusted production
schedules accordingly to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborating with sales teams to analyse customer needs and
develop strategies for meeting those requirements.

• Establishing quality assurance standards and monitoring product
performance throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborating with purchasing department to ensure timely
delivery of materials needed for production.
• Providing guidance to cross functional teams regarding product
design changes required due to new technology or market needs.
• Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities along
with stock levels
• Handling country level stocks of raw and finished goods from CPK
• Maintaining & Planning for over 100+ SKUs inventory, Shelf life,
FIFO, Stock level and par level to ensure smooth production at
the CPK

• Maintaining the production line of required units per hour.
• Overlooking stock levels & safety of all warehouses around the
kingdom.
• Supervising warehouse operations by managing all warehouse
employees during whole shift.
• Route planning and route optimization of all in-house drivers
including all delivery vehicles.
• It also include Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling,
and ADP focus on core HR (payroll, benefits, data) plus
advanced features such as AI-driven analytics, global
compliance, and IT/Finance integration, offering
strategic tools for data-driven decisions, enhanced

Enterprise

ESS ( EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE
• HRMS ( HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ) employee
record management/ payrools, record of thire attendance and
many more tasks
• Managing cross docking within the region along with warehouses
and delivery drivers.
• Performing a daily inspection of all the warehouse grounds and
submitting monthly on fire hazard reports. Ensuring to adhere
with ministrys requirement.
• Contingency planning, time management and Logistics
optimization.
• Maintaining in-house software and systems to manage the
project.
• Planned layout of warehouse to achieve optimum space for
product.
