• Liaise with bankers, auditors, and SAGIA regulatory agencies.
• Preparing branch wise profitability analysis
• Setting targets and performance benchmarks for all branches of the Company
• Preparation of financial forecast
• Preparation of Liquidity plans identifying any potential needs for borrowing or capital financing
