• Provide guidance and assist seller and buyer in marketing, purchasing and leasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Researching prospective accounts in target local and regional markets;
• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth;
• Initiating and leading feasibility studies for new products and fields to add on value to the group;
• Leading the execution of companies wind up process.
• Exploring new products and conducting feasibility related local and regional feasibility and competition study where thereafter all data is presented to C.O.O. and executive committee to obtain final approval.
• In-charge of the division including sales & after sales areas;
• Leading activities with Wholesalers and Retail Showrooms including Sales, Marketing & Promotions;
• Managing and supporting the team with their daily activities;
• Consulting the team and then confirming the orders with the manufacturer;
• Monitoring stock and movement of items;
• Planning for the coming year budget including targets, turnover and expenses;
• Handling major projects inquiries including negotiation, follow up and contracting;
• Planning for activities related to the business including Advertising, Marketing and Sale promotions;
• Conducting training sessions for the team on monthly basis.

The Higher Diploma programme in Hotel Management is a three year degree which provides in depth knowledge of all departments and areas in hotels industry including theoretical learning and practical training. In addition to the must-have 3 month summer practical training from year to year basis, students have the opportunity to practise on campus what they have learned by providing mock up hotel guest room and real restaurant and kitchen for cooking and serving teachers and walk in guests as well.
