Head of Procurement presently, responsible for the supply of goods & services to all my internal customers( different functions). Responsible for all the procurement of Capital expenditure, spare parts, raw materials supply and Non production spend. Work in collaboration with the Global procurement team to ensure the 5 rights are respected. Procurement is refered to as PPO department( Professional Purchasing Organisation) coordinated by regional lead and reporting to Geneva HQ. PPO is responsible for the smooth flow of all the different requirements bearing in mind the Global Policies & Procedures to relefct the integrity of the organisation is respected for compliance purposes. P2P(Procure to pay) is the benchmark/strategy of the procurement department which drives benefits, added value, savings, professional purchasing, fair supplier selection & regional initiatives. Deploying a "Category management" approach to improve the vendor base, supplier relationship managment & eliminate mavrick purchasing.Work with my internal customers by setting clear comprehensive requirements to ensure expectations are met. Tenderng is as well an integral/key part of the purchasing process so as engagement, influencing & negotiations.

Responsible for International and domestic purchases, inventory management and tracking. Logistical activities and consignment costing and data analysis.
