As an HR Executive, I cover various range of HR areas within the companies in the group of company, including recruitment and selection process, psychological testing and assessment, supervising and organizing the training activities, employee evaluation, coordinator between head office and branches in all over kingdom, absenteeism process, disciplinary, organizational structure, standard operational procedure, annual leave and vacation. During this time, I learned so much about business process and corporate development.
As an HR Generalist, I took responsibility covering enormous HR areas within the company, regarding new employee recruitment process, psychological test tools upholding, new employee contract creation, training and employee development program executions, annual employee evaluation, employee support data compilation, as well as company’s organization structure improvement, as a direct input to Management’s review. I also took responsibility for payroll process, includes absenteeism, overtime data, employee reimbursement, employee database, etc. At this point I learned a lot about corporate development through maintaining its employee potential and capability.
As a project consultant, I took responsibility for fulfilling the manpower needed in time. This process includes posting, screening, interviewing, scheduling for psychological and medical testing and also data recapitulation.
As an HR Staff, I took responsibility in handling recruitment process. From analyzing human resources needs to placement. This process includes posting, screening, interviewing, psychological testing, and data recapitulation. Besides that, i also took responsibility in handling event held in the company. This including making concept, budgeting, planing, and running the programme itself. I learn a lot about organizational related in human resource in this big manufacture company.

Reports directly to HR Department, I took responsibility to ensure the psychological test sessions on recruitment process runs in their best performance. In the whole process, I was in charge to conduct, supervise, score and create recapitulation report of candidates’ test results, giving direct input to the reviewer.
A multinational enterprise based in Thailand, opens their key branch in Jakarta. Here, I took responsibility assisting the chairman in arranging meetings with clients, supporting bilingual communication during presentation sessions, travel and ticketing needs completion, documents translation, maintaining client’s database, as well as preserving good relationships with fellow clients, completing administrational duties and daily reports.
