Notable Achievements:
Restructuring and Obtaining New Loan (Nov. 2009 - April 2011)
Convince a State Owned Bank to take over and to provide new loans to Dimas to recover from 2008 crisis.
Establishing Capital Budgeting Techniques (From Mid. 2010)
● Introduce and establish proper Capital Budgeting Techiniques to evaluate prospective projects.
● Compile all feasible and approved projects to underly five years financial planning. The plan was reviewed and adjusted quarterly or when a major change in assumption appears.
Improving Accounting System (From End of 2011)
Shorten the accounting reporting process from eight months to one month with a much better accuracy.
Improving Tax Planning (From Mid. 2011)
● Integrate Output and Input taxes system to enable a better cashflow planning.
● Secure tax clearance in Mid 2012. Currently Dimas its in its later stage to receive its tax refunds from 2010.
● Execute various advisory assignments.
● Contribute in various management projects.

Rebalancing Mutual Fund (Nov. 2008 - June 2009)
● Review performance of various mutual funds under management.
● Establish quantitative measurements to underly the stock selection.
Index Fund (Nov. 2007 - June 2009)
● Developing and Marketing Index Fund
● Develop portfolio model to outperform LQ 45 Index at a comprable volatility.
● Prepare and Present materials to prospective investors to subscribe the fund (bloomberg code: KRIND45 IJ Equity).
● Moody's acquired 99% of Kasnic (previous employer).
● Maintain Rating of 3 Banks, 2 Securities Company, 6 Multi Finance Company, 1 General Insurance Company and 1 Holding Company.
● Propose New Rating of Company and Debt Instrument.
● Monitor various aspects affecting the credit worthiness.
● Supervise Credit Rating for Banks, Multi Finance, Insurance and Security Company.
● Develop Credit Modeling System.
● Perform Due Diligence to asses credit worthiness of Client and Instrument Issued.
Greenfield Project.
● Provide assistances to shareholders - a group of medical practitioners - and investors to establish a medium-scale sub-specialized hospital (less than 100 beds) in South Jakarta with a capital expenditure of IDR 55 billion (USD 6.2 million) within three years.
● Sponsor and supervise the development of an end-to-end enterprise system to allow a greater accuracy, a faster response time whilst employing less number of greater skill human resources.

Development of CommInvest
● Lead the development of a real-time online-integrated application to deliver the function of marketing, querying and distribution of managed funds.
● This application (cost at IDR 500 million = USD 550, 000) helped the bank to distribute managed funds of IDR 2.7 trillion (USD 300 million) as of September 2003.
Development of Middleware
● Sponsor and lead the development of Web-based Middleware to allow real-time query from old database of the Bank’s core application.
● This Middleware provides a handsome solution to concurrent users limit and slow response time.
Development of Web-based Customers Relation Management
● Sponsor and lead the development/migration of Web-based Customers Relation Management application.
● This application resolves various issues including customer signature verification and faster response time.
Greenfield Project.
● Start a Stockbroker and Fund Management company to distribute own managed funds and other managed funds.
● Stockbroker function shall draw an operational strategy with Fund Management and Banking operations.
Notable Achievements
Seek and evaluate exchange member to acquire. Prepare and present a five years financial plan to shareholders.
Join a small group established by Surabaya Stock Exchange (now merged with Jakarta Stock Exchange to becoma Indonesian Stock Exchange and APEI (www.apei.or.id) to evaluate prospect of internet trading. Visit Australian Stock Exchange and Korean Stock Exchanges and prepare the report to SSX.
Participate in small working group established by Jakarta Stock Exchange to study the migration plan to Internet Based Trading.
● Start as an assistant to the shareholders to establish the Company and to secure underwriter and stockbrokers licenses.
● Provide support to the CEO in finding, evaluating and executing financial transactions.
● Gradually manage overall aspect of Corporate Finance Department.
