Consultancy Role (outside of ABA Logistics):
•Developed and facilitated workshop on Team Building and Culture Change for FMCG Finance Department of Ali Bin Ali and Partners (another company within Ali Bin Ali Group), in collaboration with (by request of) General Manager for FMCG Finance. Involved in the whole process from conceptualization, development of workshop presentation and materials to actual delivery of program. Developed a booklet on the workshop to incorporate the results/learning during the session for distribution to the participants (to ensure continuity of learning), evaluation and follow-up regarding the workshop.

New Employee Orientation; Employee Surveys; Operations Incentive Programs (Spiffs, Attendance Rewards Program); Team Building Activities; Focus Group Discussions; Fun Activities/Special Events/Wellness Programs (complete project management of events . Also oversees the health program for the employees (concurrent HMO, nurses on duty, municipal health permits, Annual Physical Examination, building sanitation requirements). Issuance of permanent Company IDs. Attends to employee grievances when needed.
ii.EMPLOYEE RECORDS - Records Management for 201 files, Disciplinary Logs, Performance Management/Evaluation, Coaching Logs, Certification Week Results, Issuance of Probationary and Regularization Contracts, Administration of Exit Surveys and generation of Attrition reports, Documentation and processing of personnel movements (promotion, transfers); Processing of inclusion lists for payroll purposes (collaborating with Accounting Department for pay issues); Issuance and processing of employee clearance and certificate of employment (for various purposes). Keeps track of attrition rate and headcount.

Oversee the over-all functions of the Recruitment and Selection Section. Responsible for introducing new techniques for facilitating the function of the section specifically with regards to test administration and reports generation. Keeps track of the recruitment targets and exhausts all possible resources to deliver targets on time. Introduces and proposes programs for enhancing target hit rate through data gained from surveys and reports. Manages the team with their respective functions. Conducts final interviews and provides recommendation. (Employee Records function was integrated in the function of Recruitment and Selection prior to the establishment of Employee Records Section in July 2006).
Line Function of the Section:
Conducts initial and final interviews for manpower requirements centerwide; generate contracts for new-hires and trainees; conduct employee orientation; oversee records management; generates surveys and reports; administer and interpret psychological tests to ensure job-fit; administer exit surveys and generate reports.
Reason for Leaving: Was assigned to spearhead the new section: Employee Records and Relations.
