I am working here as Senior Sales Executive. Within a year on the basis of my performance I got promotion to Senior Sales Executive. Working at this position my responsibilities are to motivate and create impulse to customers to purchase our products, manage the retail store operation, motivate to salesman to achieve the sales target, solve the queries of customers, make order for the stock, receive the stock from ware house, check the quantity of received stock, check the price bar code and security tag should be done properly, stock keep in unit. Reporting to brand manager and share the customer’s feedback.
This company was active in FMCG products in Liberia, Africa. Company imported products from abroad such as dairy products, soft drinks, juice, nuts, chips, spices and dry fruits and supplied to super markets, mini markets, hotels and restaurants.
I was working as Sales Executive and my responsibility was to lead a sales team worth of 3 executives. I assigned the territory to the executives and motivate them to achieve the sales targets defined by the company. I generated new customer’s link and followed them to increase the business and visited to existing customers to build up a healthy relationship with them. Every morning conducted meeting with executives and discussed with them about queries, customer’s feedback and about market. I reported to the Sales Director of the company.
Hindustan Computer Limited (HCL) is an Indian multinational company. HCL operates its business in three industry IT, Business Consulting and Outsourcing Services.
I worked in Outsourcing Industry for Bank of Ireland. My position was operation executive. My job was to process all banking documentation activities that were requested by the customers. There was a banking application through this we received the customer’s application like to open a new bank account, add bank information, add beneficiary, fund transfer request, apply for tax return form, and close the account.
I started my professional career with Advierto Private Limited Company in Delhi, India as Marketing Executive. I worked in this company on behalf of Domino’s Pizza. We promoted Domino’s Pizza. Our target customers were corporate sectors and VIP societies. Company allotted me a territory and I visited to target customers and explained them about Domino’s Pizza products quality and its free home delivery services. Our company had a booklet and in that booklet there were promotional schemes of Domino’s Pizza. I met with customers and explained them about product and services of Domino’s Pizza and benefits of using that booklet. I created impulse to customers to purchase our company booklets. I was rewarded of best Marketing Executive in sales department. I reported to Marketing Manager.
