Designs all marketing collaterals and branding materials of the hospital - static, animated, print, digital, online
• Monitors the production, deployment, and installation of all marketing collaterals and branding materials
• Coordinates offline, thematic, and tactical communication campaigns such as print ads, radio ads, car ads, outdoor ads, electronic ads, SMS promotions, press releases, among others
• Coordinates and manages the relationship with all external agencies including advertising creative, advertising placement, public relations, transit media, electronic media, mobile media, website, digital marketing, among others
• Coordinates and manages the relationship with all vendors for below-the-line marketing materials
• Manages the official brand website and updates its content on a regular basis through the website agency
• Manages the brand’s online presence via website, social media platforms, (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.), search engine optimization, and online advertising
• Manages the brand’s social media platforms through calendar creation, content creation, regular posting, answering inquiries/comments/feedback, and overall online community management/engagement
• Coordinates all community events including wellness camps, screening campaigns, health lectures, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, and customer retention events
• Coordinates all medical events including medical conferences and Continuing Medical Education (CME) lectures for physicians and community-based doctors
• Assists all medical departments in developing educational materials and literatures for the guests/patients
• Assists internal stakeholders and departments in designing internal communication materials

• Create monthly offer creative for the clinic.
• Create Ads to be put in Abu Dhabi Week Magazine, Al Waseet Ramadan Booklet plus creating new brochure for clinic and leaflets for waiting area.
• Creating Action and Marketing plans for each month.
• Handle all approvals from MOH and HAAD Websites.
• Handle updates and followers on social media portals.
• Design posters, vouchers, printed materials for the clinic.
• Update Website with new content and maintenance
• Handle all printing materials (Digital and Offset) with suppliers from posters, forms, acrylic boxes, sign boards, business cards, t-shirts and vouchers.
• Record and take photos of clinic for social media purposes and edit and retouch them.
• Request and follow up on quotations.
• Create Designs for special occasions and send it through bulk emails and SMS.
• Coordinated school visits to clinic with free consultation.
• Help in the reception during absence of receptionist.
• Worked on Unicare and Danti32 programs for insurance and booking.
• Update and keep record of duty timings for all employees.
• Handle license renewals from HAAD, MOH and FANR.

• Contributing in artworks for the required concept (MAX, HOME CENTRE, CENTREPOINT, LIFESTYLE, SHOEMART, SPLASH, BABYSHOP, and SHOEXPRESS) for in store branding or outdoor branding such as billboards and screens.
• Handling supplier quotations, purchase orders and invoices with accounting department.
• Coordinating permissions and timings for store branding and visuals with different suppliers.
• Handling booking orders for all concepts (SMS, email shots, media bookings)
• Coordinating between concepts and priorities them according to schedule and on time delivery.
• Performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors as a marketing department assistant.
• Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
• Helping with trade show and event planning, creating or updating presentation software files, tracking budgets and expenses, and communicating with external creative service providers for printed materials in all forms.
• Involved in monitoring activity and posting content for an organization's social media channels or any form of digital communication.
• Undertake any other duty as advised from time to time by line manager.
