Outreach to identify and recruit eligible participants for the Women to Women approach.
Conduct trainings on reproductive health, nutrition, mental health, hygiene promotion and GBV for vulnerable women.
Build capacity and empower volunteer women through the Women to Women cascade trainings to be able to encourage and inform other women on breastfeeding, depression, family planning and other topics in their communities as well as referring cases to RI supported PHCCs and partners.
Conduct one-on-one follow up of the referred cases.
Supervise the weekly work of women team leaders.
Conduct one on one and group awareness sessions on specific health topics based on beneficiaries needs.
