• Corporate Finance Manager (Middle East, Gulf, Africa, Europe)
• Implement and maintain financial strategy, budget, policies and procedures throughout MAN Group and coordinate treasury, budgeting and costing, financial planning and analysis
• Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, and forecasts.
• Secure Bank facilities, funding needs and manage liquidity and cash flow projections to determine the optimum use of funds and suggest alternative methods if necessary.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance, Accounting, HR, Tax, Legal, Budgeting & Reporting functions of the organization (Regionally).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Set all departments annual budget and operating plan in coordination with the budgeting and reporting
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Bank facilities’ effectiveness
• Manage legal Units within the region and opening new entities or branches in Africa, Europe, Middle East, Gulf
• Companies and License Acquisitions in Europe, Middle East
• Set up of new companies in Africa, Europe, Middle East, Gulf and Leader for Strategic projects
