• Handle correspondences on legal aspects and recommending appropriate legal actions.
• Draft and negotiate and review all commercial contracts, leases and other legal instruments (internal and external contracts) while working closely with the concerned departments, as may be required.
• Acting Manager during the absence of Legal Advice Manager.
• Being part of Omantel Tender Committee.
• Support investigations and maintain active liaison with HR Unit.
• Identify all potential risks involved in any transactional matter.
• Projects handled:
i) Being part of two arbitration cases.
ii) Re-drafted all of Omantel’s standard contract templates.
iii) Developed, edited, and validated policies, policy manual and procedures, as required.

• Negotiate, draft and review all internal and external contracts and legal documentations.
• Providing qualitative, timely and accurate legal advice and guidance on all transactional matters that impact the end to end operations of the company.
• Identify, assess and evaluate all potential risks involved in any transactional matter
• Coordinate and contact the external lawyers of the company to provide advice with regarding various transaction, company activities and court hearings.
• Projects handled:
i) Drafted a new Group Framework Agreement for Batelco Key suppliers.
