I pursued studies in Political Science and Communications at the University of Toronto for three years, maintaining a GPA of 3.0. However, during my final year, I encountered a significant personal challenge when my father was hospitalized and subsequently fell into a coma. Devoted to supporting my family during this difficult time, I made the difficult decision to prioritize their care and was unable to continue my studies as my father remained in a coma for six months. Tragically, my father passed away, and following this period of mourning and reflection, I made a deliberate choice to return to academia. Driven by a renewed commitment to my educational and professional growth, I enrolled in a program focused on Public Relations and Communications. Despite the challenges I faced, I excelled tremendously in this program, leveraging my previous academic experiences and newfound determination to achieve academic success.
