Review the annual master schedule for in-structional programs, ensuring sequential learning experiences for students consistent with the school’s philosophy, mission statement and instructional goals. Establish procedures for evaluation and re-view selection of instructional materials and equipment, reviewing all recommendations. Supervise in a fair and consistent manner ef-fective discipline and attendance systems, consistent with the phi-losophy and mission of the school. Ensure a safe, orderly environ-ment that encourages students to take responsibility for behavior and creates high morale among staff and students. Research and collect data regarding the Middle States Accreditation. Training all teachers on data collection, educational goal setting and student learning. Write all reports sent to accreditation agency. Write weekly bulletin that keeps the faculty and staff informed, and seek ideas for the improvement of the school. Conduct meetings, as necessary, for the proper functioning of the school. Develop meet-ing schedules for the school. Maintain visibility with students, teachers and parents. Communicate regularly with parents through a monthly newsletter, giving information and seeking their support, so as to create a cooperative relationship to support the student in the school. Communicate with the President and Director of school regularly about the needs, successes and general operation of the school.
