Ensure the management of the customer relationship;
Ensure the project management of services in compliance with contractual service commitments and agreed margin levels;
Participate in the development of contracts and service agreements;
Negotiate and contract for modifications or extensions of service;
Manage operational risks;
Manage the means, management and animation of the team and resources;
Set up internal and external reporting tables;
Establishment of a dematerialization project;
Development of the Sales Administration Department and customer relations;
Management and updating of the customer database;
Customer invoicing management and coordination with the accounting department;
Establishment of dashboards and key performance indicators;
Monthly reporting to General Management and management of internal communication;
Preparation, processing and monitoring of responses to Tenders & Contracts;
Ensuring compliance with the schedule of orders and delivery.
Participating in the management of the call of tenders ( administrative and technical sections )
Coordination with the different actors involved in the order and delivery circuit
Communicating daily reports: caution, Purchase delivery, sample, loan, bills...
Computer processing of customer and prospect files
Invoicing and price monitoring
Customer Claims Management and Customer Dispute Resolution
