Attending sales meeting. Selling the Internet services for Corporate sectors. Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification. Maintaining daily, weekly report in professional manner. Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services. Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs. Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients. Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
Regularly meeting with Sales Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers. Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers. Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Participated in trade shows and conventions. Reading accounts of existing customers to provide the upgraded plans for their benefits with the help of Du Verse & BSCS system.
