Key Highlights:
•Developed Bigdata architecture design for GIS Data for the Ministry of Municipalities, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The framework was developed to enable the analysts to perform targeted GIS data analysis along with model building for change management in GIS data.
•Developed GIS products road-map to provide GIS related data and services to both Public and private organizations as part of the Ministry of Municipalities initiatives to self-fund itself.
•Designed a prototype for land-title management for the Ministry of Municipalities, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia using Blockchain on Hyperledger Fabric.
Presented a Chain driven echo system for title management to the ministry.
• Data Architecture design for the National guard hospitals, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to enable the organization to digitize its operation for better resource, services, facility and disease management.
An Australian based investment bank (Part of Credit Suisse group) provides various financial investment products and services to local and international investors.
• Introduced one full cycle TOGAF based EA frame-work including building reference models, establishing an EA repository and getting buy-in from all the key stakeholders on the reference architecture.
• Formulated the IT strategy and provided a roadmap and portfolio of projects

• Create a local service desk to implement follow the sun model for all the international clients based on ITIL V3 standard
• Create an effective ITIL V3 based regional product distribution and release management services.
• Establish regionalized version of products to better comply with regional compliance & regulatory requirements for APAC markets
BBY is an Australian owned securities firm, providing capital markets and investment market solutions.
Imran joined the organization as an infrastructure manager to manage the technology transformation program and to optimize the company’s investment in IT infrastructure. After his success in the role, he was given the Lead Enterprise Architect responsibilities to manage both technology and application domains. As a Lead EA, Imran led a team of technical architects with accountability for Application Services, which included application hosting (VB, .Net and J2EE), RDBMS, data warehouse and BI, integration, and non-production environments.
His team's remit was to develop and champion his area’s strategy and vision, to produce blueprints and architectural policies; to sponsor the infrastructure development programs which provided these services; and to provide guidance, support and governance to programs which use the services.
Later, he was promoted to Head of Technology to lead the organization’s technology team to further enhance the technology and business alignment for a common goal.
