1. Collection Report: a summary of amount received and receivable for each project or Customer.
2. Liabilities Report: A summary of purchases and payable to each vender prepare on weekly basis.
3. Store Report: A project vise summary of inflow and outflow from store.
4. Petty Cash report: Preparation of petty cash report on daily basis.
5. Labour Schedule: Labour forecast report on weekly basis according to work required on projects and sites.
6. Vehicle Schedule: Vehicle forecast report on weekly basis according to work required on projects and sites

• Sort and distribute incoming mail.

• Reconcile vendor and subcontractor’s statements, research and correct discrepancies.
