• To provide Logistics support of its group of companies like HBK Carpentry, HBK HMD, HBK Engineering, etc... And various large project sites like. Katara Hotel Phase 1 & 2, NPP, Lusail CP06c, Lusail CP07, Lusail Stadium, 40K Stadium, Al Khor Academy, GTC 626 Kahramaa, Al Thumama, Flood Prevention Scheme, MMC, and many other Sites.
• Part of a Team that manages Logistics, Admin & Welfare activities for a workforce of approx. 7000 + workers & approx. 500 Staff in HBK Company.
• Assisting Accommodation management and Medical team to deliver expected standard of work from Supreme Committee for delivery and legacy / Ashghal.
• Following up with Accommodations Medical team and updating the management regularly on the Temporary Unfit / Unfit cases.
• Participating in audits and inspections from SC/TQ/PWA - Ashgal officials, taking necessary feedback and implementing to enhance output.
• If any Audits or SC Hotline Complaints (Identifying case/discussion/closing/recording).
• Preparing and sharing a COVID19 dashboard with the Senior Management daily & National Address Dashboard Quarterly (the report includes analysis of various areas).
• Carrying out Internal inspections to enhance Accommodations performance.
• Plan and deliver a strategy to ensure all staff/ workers at the Accommodations have been administered with the 1st and 2nd dose of COVID19 Vaccinations.
• Ensure the proper implementation of workers' welfare standards at the accommodation in line with Supreme Committee welfare standards of clients/Ashgal & company.
• Handling resignation, Immediate Repatriation process of HBK Contracting workers, working closely with timekeeping team and head office team to ensure on-time QID and HC renewals/Cancellation.


• Handling mobilization and demobilization process of all workers at the various projects.
• Attending meetings at Supreme Committee/Consultant to take note of feedback and enhance welfare-related performance. Preparing MOMs and sharing with relevant areas to ensure timelines adhere.
• Visiting hospitals to check up on health conditions of HBK Contracting workers.
• Working closely with the Projects Welfare teams and delivering based on feedback and directions.

• Processing systematic mechanism for procuring materials.
• Ensuring the responsibilities & other administrative requirements (transfers/Leave) of Logistic personnel are properly regularized (as per direction).
• Work closely on confidentially matters in line with and to follow standard company procedures with Logistics & PR Manager whenever required.
• Events, Hotel booking arrangement of Guests/VIP whenever required and liaise with the accounts department of finalizing and settlement of their Invoices.
• Preparing Summary of the guests/VIP during the stay & keeping records of the guests coming to the Logistics Department.
• Ensuring the timely receipt of newly employed Staff & Workers from the AirPort.
• Supports the Logistics Manager to monitor and update the Logistics Management Plan.
• Preparing various documents for all implementation of activities and ensure approval for same and assist to distribute all final documents.
• Ensures the required advertisement/ special supplements are published in the newspaper as per scheduled & advised for the Brand Image of the Company.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department for any internal audit of the Logistics& PR Department in proportion to the stated process/procedures.
• Plan & systematized arrangement of beds space requirements as per direction of Logistics & PR Manager.
• Experienced in handling Transportation & accommodations.
