• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business, including Product Owners, Product Design, Solution architects, development, and QA teams, to oversee the complete implementation of Majid Al Futtaim's loyalty program, SHARE, for MAF Business Units and External partners.
• Effectively manage a portfolio of MAF Business Units, coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop project plans that include delivery timelines for significant project activities such as defining the digital user journey, design, development, testing, and CAB (Change Advisory Board), production cut-over, and production deployment.
• Establish appropriate governance for the loyalty program implementation, taking into account the agile principles and practices. Provide training and mentorship to delivery squads to ensure the achievement of their SPRINT (Agile iteration) goals.
• Assume leadership responsibilities for various scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospective to prioritize the delivery of critical path items, address any issues, and remove obstacles when necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of RAID (Risk, Assumptions, and Issues & Dependencies) for each project, clearly indicating ownership and regularly updating all stakeholders on the status.
• Generate reports and track incidents and change requests using the JIRA tool for the assigned business units. Identify and log the root cause of issues for future reference and present necessary changes in CAB meetings to facilitate production releases.
• Foster an agile mindset and provide coaching to the agile team, promoting improved working methods and increased productivity during SPRINTS.
• Collaborate with different Scrum teams and Product Owners from other SHARE delivery squads to ensure alignment in delivering features with dependencies. This proactive approach will help avoid any obstacles that may hinder the development and rollout of critical path items.
