Responsible for all the imports in the company from all the suppliers.

Verifying periodically the matching between physical quantities in stocks with those indicated in the soft solution and undertaking the necessary corrective measures in case of discrepancies.

To provide operational support to the Branches functions of Automotive Protection Claims
* Coordinate the daily activity of the Automotive Protection Claims team
* Assist in the collection of the claims receivable and other follow-up activities.
* Communicate with zone managers, district sales managers, and dealer representatives to ensure operations run smoothly
* Support global teams with service level monitoring and reporting
* Ensure that enquirers and correspondence are responded to within agreed time-frames
* Document new processes and ensure that existing ones are reviewed and updated at required intervals
* Produce management information and written reports as required
* Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
