Advance to supplier report & outstanding reports.
Cash flow statement.
Company petty cash management.
Daily Bank reconciliation.
Closing stock mention.
Preparing Balance Sheet.
Preparing invoices, Quotation & Generating Customer Invoice.
Handles all Account Payables & Account Receivable.
Monitor customer accounts, send out invoices, and follow up on
overdue.
Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions.
Petty cash monitoring & Prepares bank statement reports.
Assist in the finalizing Preparing Profit and Loss and Balance sheet.
Assist in Filing of VAT returns.
Assist in other finance reports as needed.
Bank Reconciliations.
Correction of all records and internal audit to keep records up to date
and inline.
Collect financial documents and records needed for the audit.
Help in verifying financial information and internal controls.
Look for any mistakes in the financial data.
Ensure that the company is following laws and regulations.
Talk to the company's employees to get information and clear up any issues.
Look up accounting and auditing rules to make sure everything is done.
Correctly Managing various accounting data entries.
