Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth across Abu Dhabi region
and planning daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
Managing all the sales related activity of the branch.
Handling a high volume of customer enquirers and providing a high quality of service to each caller.
Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence
Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data.
Researched and gathered necessary information for completion of invoices.
Preparing Invoices, Stock Shortage Report & Quotation using the Orion system
Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.

Attend training sessions on the procedures and installation of desktop office services, such as the IT Services Staff Desktop Service.
Follow administrative procedures for enrolling new users on such services.
Install computers onto such services and configure the networking & peripherals in a standard way as appropriate to the service. Explain the service to new users.
Act as desk-side, first-line support for staff, and visiting offices as required.

Receive messages on the IT-information mailing list and pass on and advise the department as appropriate.
Attend campus wide or special interest technical forums to broaden knowledge and understanding of IT in general and on campus.
Reinstall an operating system e.g. Windows XP / Windows 2000/Linux
Give limited application support on core applications e.g. Microsoft Office
Interacted with Single Window admission process through hsCap Software
Using Application Monitoring Module in hsCap take daily report for form range details entry, form sale details entry and filled form details entry.
Distribute application to candidates for plus-one admission and set Seat matrix verification.
Submit the online application for marginal increase of plus-one seats.
Submit candidates application through hsCap Software.
Announce the allotment result to student for admission and submit the non joining report to Department of higher secondary Education.
Download CE-Report Software from the Higher Secondary portal and installing the soft ware.
