1. Manage and control all activities of Plant regarding Administration, Production and Maintenance.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Line Speed.
The extruder has been designed to run at 10 meter per minute and it was running a 7.5 m/min. Line speed was enhanced from 7.5 to 9, 9 to 10 and then 10 to 11.75 meter per minute.
Power Consumption
Over the period of three years power consumption was reduced 16 % from 0.789 KWH per finished Kg to 0.662 KWH per finished Kg.

Overall Equipment Efficiency has been improved
PE03 From 54% to 88%
PE04 From 90% to 98%
PPR From 74% to 94%
1. To manage monthly Production plan from SAPCOM by sales.
2. To improve production efficiency up 10 to 15 %.
3. To conduct QMS audits.
4. To train of new supervisors at Sheet plant, Pipe Machine 1, Pipe machine 2 and Hazmeg plant to reduce down time during trouble shooting.
5. To coordinate Quality Assurance department to meet QMS standard.
