• Financial Management
- Assisting the country director in budget follow-up on monthly bases, forecast expenses monitoring according to annual reference budget and financial plan.
- Assisting the country director in providing budget analysis (check over/under consumption) for project management decisions.
- Contribute to the preparation of new proposal with reference to financial matters (budget construction, financial parts, etc.)
- Contribute to the preparation of the country operation plan
(Mission budget, treasury plan, allocation board, etc.)
• Human Recourse Management
- Follow up national staff HR’s administrative issues like preparing contracts, leave follow up, salary slips, etc.
- Following up legal requirements regarding employment (social security, work permits, residency, employment contracts)
- Circulating (IOCC) job advertisements through local media and other NGO’s after validation of the country director assist in other activities concerning recruiting of new office staff.
