1. Preparation & distribution of daily reports of site work, minutes of meeting, agendas, forms, drafting letters & memos.
2. Controlling & issuing technical documents, Shopdrawings, Material Submittals, transmittals, RFI, WIR, manuals & procedures.
3. Responsible for all kind of correspondence & reports received from the consultant, sub-contractor & suppliers.
4. Responsible for receiving, circulating & recording of all incoming and outgoing faxes, e-mails and hand deliveries.
5. Ensuring sequential numbering system in each and every outgoing correspondence.
6. Maintaining appropriate filling system.
7. Database update and input of as built drawings and documents.
8. Keeping a track of all the submittals, request for information, site work inspection request and correspondence by maintaining log sheets in excel.
9. Ensuring quality formats being used adequately for all correspondences, submittal to consultant, sub contractors and within department.
10. Coordinate with QA/QC engineer for maintaining quality documentation of document register and material register.
