Project: General Motors CISPAC (Multi country Multi lingualWeb based Customer Survey Reporting System) Project Description: The chief goal is to provide the AD/AR network of Opel/Vauxhall, Saab and Daewoo with web reporting of responses daily as well as monthly and quarterly aggregate reporting. Each day, surveys returned and processed will be posted to the GME CSI site, under the appropriate dealer, a snippet file containing the image of the comment section will accompany the survey when available. 3. Project : Snippet Creator Project Description: Customers feedback Questionnaires include a section where free text can be written. These text section needs to be extracted from the main questionnaire scanned as tiffformat and made available for viewing on the website.Snippet Creator is a .Net application which replaced the existing legacy application. The new .Net application is robust and includes error handling and logging. Below is a summary of the tasks done by the application? • Periodically check for new questionnaires to process. • Create a new file from the free text area (snippet). • Upload the file by FTP to the web servers • Retry logic in the upload. • Logging details of any errors and notify users by email 4. Project : C# .NET based System utilities (i.e. File Format Converter, Import Reviewer ) 5. Writing Ad-hoc SQL queries for Ad-hoc reports and system Debugging.
