• Leading the gamut of operations & maintenance activities with a team of 4 Technicians

• Assigned & worked as Consultant for M/s Orbit Engineering in a project of Waste Water Treatment Plant of 40 MLD capacity and Pumping Station of BMC Idgah hills, Bhopal. The major responsibilities were Review of P&IDs & PFDs, I/O listing, preparation of technical documents, Installation & pre-commissioning works, control loop testing, to check calibration of Instruments sheets, Control Valve & I/p convertor testing, pump sequence control, solved problems related to wiring of PLC with system vendor, coordination with other disciplines.
• Provide product based solution for different field Instruments including normal & HART based transmitters, control valves, actuators, safety barriers, i/p convertors, vibration sensors, analysers etc.
• Created and provided solutions for Field device interfacing with DCS and Siemens PLC’s
• Provided training to engineers for CDU/VDU unit of Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd., Bina M.P
• Carryout consultancies for various national & MNC’s for Calibration services.
• Conduct Onsite training programmes for different departments of various National & Multi national companies in both Public & Private Sectors.
