• Study and analyze the contract source of documents of project awarded such as BOQ, drawings and specifications.
• Preparing Interim Payment Applications, Liaising with the Consultant for Approval.
• Ensure that all variation orders are estimated and submit with supporting documents, in accordance with the contract conditions.
• Conduct re-measurement of sub-contract works, including agreeing variation orders (V.O), Payment certificates, claims, etc.
• Discuss and negotiate with the consultant on all aspects of re-measurement, Variation orders, Claims etc. as assisting to PM.

• Preparing & submitting of documents for Change order of necessary items having variation in quantities as per final drawings.
• Checking and Certifying Subcontractor's Interim Payments.
• Assist the SQS in all matters relating to the financial and contractual aspects of the project.
• Responsible for the take-off of quantities from the project drawings
• Make site visits to make measurement on site for completed works
• Prepare and submit the take-off sheet and get approval from the Client representative in preparation for the monthly billing.
• Participate in the preparation of Final Account with all supporting documentation.
• Monitor actual progress on site and prepare the progress reports.
• Tender evaluation and recommendation when appointing the sub-con.
• Releasing the payments for the sub-contractor as per contract.
• Coordinates with Consultant/ Representative and sub-contractor
