Project: Oracle ERP Feasibility and Implementation Strategy for AJES Role: Project Manager
Project Scope: Feasibility study to implement Oracle ERP (Financials, Procurement, HR & Projects) for AJES. Prepared Functional Requirement Matrix, RFP, vendor selection criteria and evaluated submitted proposals.

Implemented Merge Replication between Pharmacies & Head office to transfer data between them using Wireless Network.
