• Repairs of Toshiba Notebooks on daily bases. Repair approximately 120 Toshiba notebooks per Month on an Average. Always leading on yearly performance from my other collegues in terms of notebook repairs.
• Technical Support to End users and also my collegues being a Sr. Engg. Also attending Technical querries from other countries like East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda) and Bahrain. Installing and configuring Clients on the office network and solving their day to day issues for our internal staff. Also trained staff of Best electronics for A+ service
• Reliable enough for my managers to give me any task and be assured of the compleation of the same.
• Training my staff and making TCE (Toshiba Certified Engg.) being a TCT (Toshiba Certified Trainer) my responsibility is to Train my staff twice a year to maintain the TCE rank. Also went and trained my collegues in East Africa to make them TCE. It was a achievement in 2007 that all our engineers we TCE for the first time in the history. Implemented training course for new recruits
• Undergone Training for my TCT and updates to maintain it starting from Jan 2006 till date after every 8 months to Update the same. Countries visisted for training Purpose Egypt and Germany.
• Install, administer and maintain the main company servers and related hardware/software.
• Administer, maintain and repair IT resources to ensure the availability of Information systems all time.
