• Develop resource loaded baseline Master schedule (Level 3) and integrate with EPC contractor that can be used for contractor’s progress measurement.
• Assist PCD to establish Program controls reporting requirements and formats for the program and projects delivered by the PMC.
• Developing tools and template for collecting project and program status information.
• Prepare and maintaining the weekly and monthly report using Advance excel & power BI.
• Analysis of man-hour resources, equipment resources and cost loaded, time-phased schedules; and can identify schedule slippage or other unsatisfactory performance contributing to delays.
• Prepare Progress Measurement System (PMS) for engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities on Excel Spreadsheet for Actual Progress measurement.
• Interface with the various team on the project and other key stakeholders to receive the most accurate information that required for accurate and timely critical-path management of the project schedules.
• Perform Forensic Delay Analysis using different tools & techniques and provide mitigation & acceleration program.
• Prospective and retrospective analysis of EOT in light with contractual entitlements with events
• Work closely with EPC contractor to review detailed construction schedules of projects in claims submitted by contractors.
• Prepares and presents the Schedule impact report, Leads the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including evaluation of additional resources/costs required to affect such plans.
• Monitor contractor performance vs. approved baseline schedule to assist management in identification of issues and development/ implementation of corrective actions or recovery plans.
• Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Review all relevant documentation related to the project including scope of services, project execution plan, proposal/project schedule (including manpower projection plan), conditions of contract before planning.
• Prepare Master schedule (Level 3) with integration of different contractor schedule activities.
• Developing/reviewing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans and making sure needed actions/plans are implemented.
• Review detailed construction planning schedules of projects in claims submitted by contractors.
• Review all relevant documentation related to the project including scope of services, project execution plan, proposal/project schedule (including manpower projection plan), conditions of contract before planning.
• Prepare project progress measurement spread sheet and schedule analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities.
• Prepares and presents the Schedule impact report, Leads the development and review of schedule recovery plans, including evaluation of additional resources/costs required to affect such plans.
• Monitor contractor performance vs. approved baseline schedule to assist management in identification of issues and development/ implementation of corrective actions or recovery plans.
• Advise Project Controls Lead and Project Leadership Team of any potential schedule issues and when necessary, provide guidance on corrective action and measures to mitigate any adverse trends.
• Prepare Progress Measurement System (PMS) for engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities on Excel Spreadsheet for Actual Progress measurement.
• Liaise with Client Project Control personnel and submit weekly and monthly report.
• Track Mechanical Completion, Commissioning Walkdown & Punch items & Turnover & Final Handover to Operation by System & Subsystem.
• Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Analyze progress, schedule trends, and develop forecasts to support management decision making
• Procurement tracking, Expediting, Generating Monthly Procurement activity list etc.
• Trending, Change Management, Tracking of Scope Change & Non-Scope changes.
• Produce current physical progress reports and final job statistics to Project Manager/PCM.
• Prepare Master schedule (Level 3) with integration of different contractor schedule activities.
• Prepare Mater commissioning schedule by System & subsystem and linked each System with Mechanical completion.
• Prepare Progress Measurement System (PMS) for engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities on Excel Spreadsheet for Actual Progress measurement.
