Projects & Tasks:

ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE IN SEMAISMA PACKAGE-2 (DS140-P02).
Tasks consist of:
• Analyze and compare the latest Design/IFC revisions with the original Design/IFC to identify significant changes and additional items affecting project scope and activities.
• Prepare RFIs and official letters to address and clarify design changes and their implications on project execution.
• Utilize Civil 3D to create 3D models for Potable Water and portions of Surface Water networks, facilitating clash analysis, detection, and resolution within the project. Employ Autodesk NavisWorks for combined/federated models, ensuring seamless coordination and integration of infrastructure components.
• Generate detailed shop drawings for all wet utility networks (surface water drainage, foul sewer, TSE, and potable water) based on IFC drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications & Standards.
• Develop comprehensive details for each network component (e.g., manholes, chambers, gullies, trench/bedding, pipe arrangement) and other related construction details to guide implementation.
• Create shop drawings for dry utility networks and ducts (e.g., Ooredoo, QAF, UGN, QNBN, CRA, main electrical ducts, and street lighting ducts) based on IFC drawings, adhering to design requirements.
• Produce shop drawings for road works, including road layout, alignments, profiles, pavement details, curb layouts, traffic signs, markings, safety furniture, traffic signals, street furniture, directional signs, and walkway layout (hardscape).
• Facilitate coordination among wet and dry utility Networks to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with interface projects to identify and address tie-in locations, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of infrastructure networks.
• Liaise with relevant authorities to address technical queries, solicit approvals, and incorporate necessary changes into submitted documents (e.g., shop drawings, RFIs, shutdown plans).
• Coordinate with subcontractors and specialist suppliers to obtain and review technical documents and deliverables, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Projects & Tasks:

1. HAMAD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT REMOTE TRANSFER BAGGAGE FACILITY (RTBF) - BAGGAGE HANDLING SYSTEM.
Tasks consist of:
• Review IFC drawings to identify infrastructure clashes in both proposed and existing utilities, highlighting potential conflicts.
• Conduct a comprehensive study of the design, identifying missing information, details, or queries, and prepare RFIs (Request for Information) accordingly.
• Assess design deficiencies in infrastructure works that may impact shop drawings and materials procurement, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Verify provided Civil 3D models in the IFC package against drawings, identifying and highlighting any issues and mismatching locations.
• Collaborate with the designer to develop combined utility corridors, ensuring efficient coordination and integration of infrastructure elements.
• Coordinate with the designer to propose technical solutions for resolving clashes identified during coordination efforts.
• Review updated IFC drawings issued by the designer, ensuring alignment with project specifications and scope of works.
• Coordinate utilities diversion within the project area, ensuring clear alignment, clash-free profiles, and proper tie-ins with existing pipelines/ducts (potable water, firewater, wastewater, 11Kv, and QAF).
• Collaborate with the designer to modify road grading and tie-ins with existing asphalt, ensuring seamless integration with infrastructure elements.
• Consult with the designer regarding various road works aspects such as road marking, signage, turning radius, curbs, and pavement layer details to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Review updated Civil 3D models and verify the federated model for all networks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.

2. AL-RAYYAN STADIUM SUPPORT WORK PROJECT (DN110- P06).
Tasks consist of:
• Prepare shop drawings for wet utility networks (surface water drainage, foul sewer, TSE, and potable water) based on IFC drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop comprehensive details for each network component (manholes, chambers, gullies, trench/bedding, pipe arrangement, etc.) to guide construction.
• Utilize Civil 3D software to create 3D models for surface water networks, identifying clashes during shop drawing preparation.
• Generate shop drawings for dry utility networks and ducts (Ooredoo, QAF, UGN, CRA, main electrical ducts, street lighting ducts) based on IFC drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings for road works, including road layout, pavement details, traffic signs, markings, safety furniture, etc.
• Coordinate between wet and dry utilities, traffic signals, directional signs, gantry foundations, and existing utilities.
• Coordinate with interface projects for tie-in points between different systems.
• Liaise with concerned authorities (PWA, KMW, QAF, CRA, MME PPD) for project services.
• Study design changes/queries and prepare RFIs (Request for Information) accordingly.
• Address site issues and obstructions promptly.
• Coordinate and arrange with authorities for handing over project networks.
• Prepare as-built drawings for all network elements according to authorities' standards considering the coordination of third-party surveyors for GIS documentation.

Projects & Tasks:

1. KHALIFA AVENUE PROJECT (QPR DUKHAN ROAD (EAST CONTRACT)).
Tasks consist of:
• Prepare shop drawings for the surface water drainage network based on IFC drawings, including required construction details.
• Coordinate with various parties to modify utility corridors to avoid obstructions.
• Contribute as a member of the BIM work team for wet utilities' networks.
• Create 3D models using the Civil 3D program to detect clashes during shop drawing preparation.
• Profile wet utilities' pipelines in coordination with grading plans.
• Follow up on the site progress to avoid conflicts with other utilities.
• Study design changes and prepare RFIs accordingly.
• Coordinate with authorities for handing over stages and prepare as-built drawings according to standards.

2. Advanced Vision Labor Camp & Facility Buildings Project.
Tasks consist of:
• Review and revise main pipelines for proper coordination.
• Develop design models for sewage and fire main systems using Sewer and Water CAD programs.
• Provide longitudinal profiles for gravity sewage pipelines.
• Coordinate utility networks to avoid clashes at the crossing locations.

Projects:

1. KING ABDUL-AZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (KAIA).
Tasks consist of:
• Design a Network of Sanitary Drainage for all project phases and one of the design reports preparation team.
• Member of the design team for Irrigation water mains for the landscape areas using Water CAD software.
• Give support for Sewage Pump stations' design input data.

2. TECHNICAL STUDIES FOR HELICOPTER FACILITIES DESIGN FOR THE ROYAL SAUDI NAVAL FORCES (KFNB) PROJECT.
Tasks consist of:
• Prepare necessary analysis data for wet utility networks.
• Develop concept designs for wet networks including potable water, sewage water, fire mains, and stormwater drainage.
• Complete schematic design, design development, and final design for the mentioned networks.
• Generate longitudinal profiles, typical details, and network specifications required for the tender stage.

3. STUDY AND DESIGN TUNNELS IN DIFFERENT AREAS IN DIFFERENT CITIES FOR THE MUNICIPALITIES.

4. STUDY AND UPGRADE OF MECCA AL-MUKKARAMAH EAST/WEST AXIS - MECCA AL-MUKKARAMAH MUNICIPALITY (RE-BID).

Projects & Tasks:

1. WATER AND WASTEWATER MASTER PLAN FOR AL-SHARQIA GOVERNORATE.
Tasks consist of:
• Evaluate existing water and wastewater networks.
• Conduct a study of current and projected population growth, water consumption trends, and wastewater discharge for specific project zones.
• Analyze existing issues and propose solutions for current challenges, while also preparing for future planning needs.
• Participate as a member in the preparation of tender documents for high-priority projects (HPP).
• Contribute as a member in the preparation of hydraulic simulations for water and wastewater networks using WaterCAD and SewerCAD software.
