Projects Description:
Committee supervises 2 projects: One project scope is to construct a
comprehensive pump station called Shoaiba Mina B. This including construction
of 10 buildings for Main & Booster pumps, Electrical buildings and auxiliary
systems buildings. The project scope also including construction of 86 Km
pipeline of 80” dia. carrying the water from Shoaiba till Holly Makkah city.
Second Project is Construction of 5 Strategic Steel Storage Tanks, each one is
140, 000 m3 with related piping system and facilities. Pipes diameters ranging
from 96” till 48”. The project also including construction of auxiliary buildings,
roads, sewage and storm systems.

Job Responsibilities:



 Studying the Projects scope and specifications.
 Identifying, with the project team, the best series of events in the correct order
for the project to finish on time and on budget.
 Working with the consultant and contractor planners to develop detailed yet
simple to understand schedules and graphs.
 Participating in Preparation, reviewing and approval of the whole Risk
management processes along with periodical workshops / meetings for Risk
register updates.
 Reviewing and verifying the different reports prepared by the consultants and
contractors.
 Preparing the data, verifying contractor data and reflecting them into POWER BI
platform which adopted by the client.
 Using specialist computer software, Primavera P6, to help keep the project on
course.
 Presenting the schedule of work to the Project team & associated Stakeholders.
 Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development &
generating Performance review reports (Weekly & Monthly Reports).
 Making sure the achieved progress on the project fits the progress Planned in the
schedule.
 Making adjustments to schedules if necessary (Revised and recovery plans).
 Providing advice to the Project Management people involved in the project.
 Participating as a key player in claims evaluation, specially EOT claims.

HTS. The Scope of Work including: Buildings Construction, Piping Works,
Electrical & Instrumentation Works, Drainage & Sewerage Systems, Road Works

• Continuously review the schedules as submitted by the Contractor and ensure
the Schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule.
 Prepare weekly and monthly reports using P6 & Excel Sheets & review
contractor accomplishment for their payments due.
• Supervision, control and inspect contractor works (building activities including
civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical works) that belong to: Ministry of
Interior, Borders Guard, at Northern Borders (Eastern Province, HafrELbatin).
•Review & Prepare an Excel sheets for the quantities of the works from the
drawings.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare project execution schedule and follow up its progress, making reports
and updating there on according to the actual progress.
• Review & revise workshop drawings.
• Prepare an Excel sheets for the quantities of the works from the drawings.
• Prepare accomplishment reports based on work quantities measurements
from the site and submit it to consultant for payment due.
• Leading various projects which contain schools, residential buildings, trusses,
Maintenance and Infra structure.
• Find out new clients and representing the organization to make deals with
them.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review and study bid document with tendering team in order to verify
the availability and readiness of sufficient information to submit for Al Madinah
Regional Municipality.
• Continuously review the schedules as submitted by the Contractor and ensure
the Schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule.
• Supervision, control and inspect subcontractors works (roads, embankments,
compaction works, concrete and rocks channels, culverts and concrete buildings)
that belong to Yanbu Municipality projects.
• Prepare an Excel sheets for the quantities of the works from the engineering
drawings. .
• Prepare reports and review subcontractor’s accomplishment for their payment
due.

Preparing of contracts, including details regarding quantities of
required materials.
• Prepare project execution schedule using Primavera P6 and follow up its
progress, making reports and updating there on according to the actual
progress.
• Taking off construction quantities of works from engineering drawings.
• Analyzing completed work and arranging payment to sub-contractors.
• Allocating upcoming works to sub-contractors.
• Making site visits, assessments and projections for future work.

7.1) Planning and Q.

Description:
 Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to
achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications
for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
 Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site
and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and
inspection test plan.
 Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site in-charge for inspection
and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance
Report.
 Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates,
calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site
instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC
documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site
Instruction, SI.

Description:
 Review & revise Engineering Shop drawings.
 Inspecting the works in progress or at completion to insure compliance with
approved drawings & specification.
 Supervise & monitor progress to ensure conformance to design specifications
and completion on the targeted dates.
