• Preparation of project schedule and plans during tender and execution stage.
• Preparing detailed Schedule for the Project activities in Primavera P6.
• Identify critical activities / items of works which needs special attention while execution of the project.
• Prepare Progress reports daily, weekly & Monthly.
• Prepare project work weightage reports, planned, actual, and cumulative progress percentage.
• Coordinate with project manager/ lead engineer to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Visit sites to monitor progress if required.
• Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed.
• Key assignments handled as a core team member includes Control Budget, Cash flow.
• Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams;
• Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
• Study and follow up of material and drawings approval follow up of letters of Transmittal, technical query, attending the meetings
