Satisfying client’s through outlet presentation & team member's interaction.
Managing ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing & returning of stock.
Handling & resolving customer complaints/queries in a professional way.
Maintaining stock level (on warehouse and store) by implementing key decisions.
Managing Budget, Creating sales reports & presentations.
Conducting Inventory, sales observation & weekly meetings.
Recruiting, supervising, motivating & training staff.
Targeting & Initiating changes for business improvement (such as staying update with new materials &
competitors).
Implementing & revising Payment terms, Tracking balances & Cash collections of credit customers on weekly basis.
Reporting to Business Development Manager & Sales Director.
Explaining features about manufacturing specifications, care, delivery options& its benefits to clients.
Regular follow up on sent Quotes, followed by negotiating prices & finalizing deals with clients.
Cross checking with production & QC team on shipments is prepared as per client needs &special instructions.
Tracking shipment deliveries with team logistics to make sure shipment is delivered on time & before the deadline date.
Regular check on due payments, payment status & sending reminders to client’s if required.
Responding to clients technical queries by communicating with QC Dept.
Attending meetings with finance, logistics, production & quality Dept.’s.
Creating sales reports & presentations on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
Supporting team members/Departments as needed in achieving team goals & targets.
Reporting to Sales Manager.
Responding to Clients Inquiry’s by Creating & sending Quotes.
Confirming client’s purchaser orders via order/confirmation on immediate basis.
Forwarding orders to Production Dept. & tracking for the availability of on time stock.
Instructing team for arranging shipments/sample deliveries to clients.
Informing delivery status by sending a soft copy of shipment supporting documents to client’s upon dispatching shipments.
Maintaining files, such as Quotes, PO’s, order confirmation, Invoices & other supporting documents.
Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed, in order to meet company &team goals.
Tracking Credit/Cash collections by sending payment notification to clients.
