As a senior store manager I m responsible for day to day store operation which includes store opening & closing, coaching, goal setting, training and development of staff, brief and guide them for daily/ weekly/ monthly sales target, maintain the VM standard as per the VM guideline or brand standard, weekly audit of the store, ensure the adequate stock level to meet the sales target, promote the loyalty program of the company to repeat the sales, ensure the awareness and vigilance for the security, handle the customer complain in a very professional manner, end to end store operation
