I am involved in sales & service activities of Fisher, Rosemount and Emerson process Management Products.
Calibration, Maintenance, Overhauling and Assembling of control valves.
Work on Fisher, Masonalin, Betties, control valves and calibration with HART Communicator 375, 475 and using the Valve Link Software. (AMS device manager )
Work on Rosemount Transmitters (PT.LT.FT.TT) calibration, Maintenance, Assembling and repairing also.
installation of New DVC 6000, 6010, 6020, 6030 and 6200 ( Hart and FF positioners )
Troubleshooting and modification according the client requirement.
REXA electro hydraulic actuator model X1, X2 troubleshooting, calibration, overhauling etc.
Work experience on SHAFFAR control on/off valve, calibration, commissioning, overhauling etc.
Installation of DVC 6200 series & replaced old pneumatic system.
Did modification as per requirements with the help of client consultation.
Up gradation of Honeywell control system, termination, loop check.
Commissioning and help in startup process.
Calibration & certification of new installed instruments.
My current Responsibilities:-
Central Maintenance valve workshop supervisor in SABIC .all types of control valve & manual valve & PSV, PRV servicing, maintenance, testing & calibration troubleshooting, fabrication machining, etc.

Installation of new actuators & modification as per new design and as per client requirement.
Calibration of instruments, prepared all calibration documents & certification.
Loop check, commissioning & work in plant startup activities
Experience petrochemical maintenance. Past experience includes performing fault diagnosis and field repair by subassembly replacement or control loop tuning on real time plant process control systems. I have more than 5 years in plant experience.
Understanding of technical drawings - from simple schematics to complex PID s, ILD s and PLC ladder logic diagrams required. Ability to troubleshoot field and control room processes and equipment using appropriate test equipment and diagnostics.
Analyzes requests for maintenance work in his area and resolves with the proponent any controversial items, which in his opinion are unnecessary or uneconomical.
Instrument and Control system (DCS, PLC and various package control systems) maintenance functions in respective area. Provide direction for repair, inspection, modifications, commissioning and calibration of instrumentation and control system of relevant equipment in the plants. Study and plan a preventive maintenance schedule & prepare.
To plan and schedule the execution of the preventive maintenance jobs through (Enterprise Assets Management) which is an Oracle based software used for plant maintenance and scheduling.
To plan and organize the execution of emergency jobs requested by process department.

Leadership Qualities, able to work with a team, Large amount of Positive attitude, Communication skill, Can achieve goals & aims under pressure. Installation & Calibration of Process Field Instruments Maintenance &Trouble Shooting of Process Control Instruments, Calibration projects.
Attending daily jobs like PM Check, Alarm and Trip Checks and other instrument related jobs coming up every now and then called for by the Operations Department like check and calibrate the instruments for abnormal readings, field calibration of control valves, Check and service fire & gas and smoke detectors, etc. Procurement of work permits and canceling them once the job is completed, coordinating with the area control room operations and field operators while attending the jobs. Supervising of projects for calibration, installation, commissioning, and check the contractor's work as per the P& ID provided. Also involved in plant shutdowns as the supervisor of shutdown team.
Perform Checklist with assistance off instrument assistant. -Check preparation of loop folders for each loop test with instrument assistant, in due time prior to loop test -After receipt of loop test folders from Instrument Coordinator, ask instrument assistant to perform loop test. Supervise field loop checks. -Assure that all components in the loop meet specification &calibration requirement. -Verify right operation of loop including fail-safe valve actions. -Verify the correct interventions off alarms. -Verify action of Interlocks & supervise simulation operations on the Instruments. -Incas loop is not functioning properly, immediately inform to instrument coordinator. -Supervise repair of loops with instrument assistant inform readiness of loop to Instrument coordinator. -During Commissioning if some carry out troubleshooting. -Oversee the works of vendors and ensure efficient utilization of vendor manpower.
