• Proactively monitoring the database's health and taking preventive or corrective action as required.
• Maintaining space availability in database level and in OS level
• Monitoring the databases through OEM Grid Control
• Working knowledge in RAC 11g r2 and Golden gate

 Experienced in data guard setup, failover and switch over activities.
 Experienced in installing and configuring Oracle Golden gate.
 Experienced in configuration and maintenance of ZDLRA (Recovery Appliance)
 Experienced in database patching/upgradation.
 Experienced in database performance tuning.
 Experienced in performing manual recovery using archived logs, RMAN-managed backup with or without catalog, cold and hot backup, full back up, incremental and cumulative backups.
 Schema and database refresh using data pumps, RMAN and conventional methods.
 Installation and configuration of 12/13c cloud control on a two node RAC with active/active oms for high availability using Global SLB along with DR setup.
 Installation and configuration of service now connector on OEM to automate the ticket creation process.
 Automation of database housekeeping jobs by writing shell scripts.
 Actively involved in database capacity Planning, Database Security.
