* Prepare long-term strategic plan and be responsible for achieving top and bottom lines as well as growth set
by the executive management.
* Conduct periodical production review meetings and prepare MIS reports for executive management.
* Identifying costs such as indirect, direct, fixed, variable, capital etc in order to arrive at actual unit cost of
production for all processes involved in the steel fabrication operations in consultation with Accounts
Department so that preparation of estimates for both internal and external clients can be facilitated.
* Ensure the effectiveness of already implemented ISO based Quality Management System in all operations and
activities.
* Monitor and lead the entire production team to achieve mile stone dates of delivery for each project, Planning,
Quality Control Engineers, Maintenance, Safety & Security.
* Handling of day to day activities to satisfying the plant requirements
Direct and coordinate production, processing and shipping activities of the organization to meet overseas
client’s requirements.

* Overall responsibility to maintain the all production activities, process qualification, Lead Time calculation &
evolution. Raw material planning, scheduling.
* Daily production planning, controlling, scheduling, proper manpower planning to reduce overheads.
* Daily arrange the production meeting with production people and also weekly general meeting with all
department Heads & with Directors.
* Responsibility of getting the daily reports of production schedule from Engineers. It is help to update the
monthly production schedule.
* Major responsibility to solve the problems occurring in various stages of production via, during press parts
production, assembly, fabrication, machining, powder coating, Heat treatment, etc.
* Implemented the control plans, MIS, process sheets to simplify the production processes.
