• Implementation of SIP endpoints - Flare, Avaya OneX solution and third party SIP application for Mobile devices.
• Leading & Mentoring team, Project Planning/Management & Task allocation. Leading a team of 35+ engineers on different projects of Network (LAN & WAN), SAN, IPT/UC support, Preventive Maintenance support and Service desk.

• Migration of Avaya Definity system to new S8XXX servers and Gateways without affecting the existing infrastructure.
• Insuring availability of the system by different redundancy techniques that Avaya provides.
• Installation of Extreme data switches and configuration for different application on the LAN.
• Installation of IP Trade trading solution and configuration of the application and the Turrets as per the trader’s requirement. IP trade a partner of Avaya is a Belgium based company which provides Trading floor solution. I am the only Engineer in India who has installed the IP Trade trading solution. We have installed IP Trade solution at Reliance Capital, India Infoline and Quant Capital.
• Some Prestigious projects which have completed are Blue dart. Edelweiss, Mccafee, Reliance, Essar, etc and also a project in ONGC, Uran plant a government organization which required a lot of testing and inspection of the product.
• Designing and Implementation of converged Data, Voice & Video solutions for clients on IP Backbone. The most prestigious customers include BBC London, Regus Business Centre, IATA, Dow Corning International call centre of D-link etc.
• Presales support and support for Sales team in technical discussion and setting up Demo’s.
• Installation of MITEL IP PBX, IP Phones, Modules, etc and configuration of system as per client needs. E TECH solution is the only partner for MITEL system in the country.
• Configuring PBX and phones for SIP to work in a multi vendor environment.
• Implementing LAN, WAN and configuring of Data Switches and Routers for customers and providing network solutions as per their business requirement.
• Monitoring and maintaining network parameters like packet loss, latency, bandwidth etc.
• Monitoring of customer’s link using MRTG and Making necessary network changes in case of necessities.
• Configuring VOIP trunks and connecting distant PBX on IP.
• Installation of different Contact Centre tools for Live monitoring of agent activity, generating reports for analysis, monitoring queue status, etc.
