3-LIAISON WITH EXTERNAL AUDITORS FOR TIMELY REPORTS.
4-CORPORATE AND SECRETARIAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN CO-ORDINATION WITH COMPANY SECRETARY.
5-FEASIBILITY AND FORECASTS PREPARATION.
6-BUDGET PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION TO MANAGEMENT.
7-REPORTING TO DIRECTOR OPERATIONS.
MCC Ruba is a joint venture company between CFMCC China (2nd Largest construction Company of China) and Haier Ruba Group Pakistan. The Company is currently doing construction projects of infrastructural development in Pakistan worth Rupees 6.0 Billion.
The Responsibilities include:
• Preparation of Project Budgets.
• Analysis of costs and preparation of variance reports for management.
• Development of internal control system to control the project costs.
• Arrangement of funds for the smooth operations of the project.
• Dealing with banks for the arrangement of funds and Guarantees.
• Preparation of Projected cash flows on the basis of project Work Programme.
• Supervising the daily accounts department affairs, including but not limited to:
• Preparation of Monthly Accounts.
• Preparation of Monthly receipt and Payment Account and Fund Flow Statement.
• Dealing with Tax and Corporate Consultants.
• Coordination with Chinese and Pakistani Management for the resolution of corporate and general administrative affairs.
• Carry out any other assignment handed over from time to time.
Over all responsibility of accounts and Finance
Looking after tax and Corporate affairs
Arranging Finance from banks
Preparation of monthly reports and analyses
