Presently working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in PROGER international consultants for KAP4 King Abdullah Projects phase -4 from Feb 2015 providing Engineering & Management services in a range of Civil construction Engineering company acquired two important commissions - KAP 3 and KAP 4 sectors .

May 2008 to till Date: DESIGN AND BUILD Presently working as a Senior Project Engineer For MEP Works for the Project in SBTMC construction, Alkholi group of companies from the period of May 2008 to till date based in Saudi Arabia, Alkholi group of companies, Construction Company
responsible for the all MEP works in the project.

Planning, Designing, Calculation, installation of Mep Works such as: Hvac, Plumbing, -Water Supply &under ground, above ground Drainage System.
FireFighting Building Management system Fire alarm for the buildings& Electrical works
Prince Abdullah Al Faisal stadium jeddah: With allocated Budget of 500million
Saudi riyal Approximately, ongoing and finishing the construction of Stadium.
All MEP activities plumbing, water supply by following IPC/UPC std., Fire fighting as per NFPA standards, &software based (elit, Hap, mc-quay etc..)
Selection of fire pumps, calculation.
HVAC system (chillers Ahu's, fcu' etc..) ASHRAE SMACNA standards &irrigation
system For site development etc
underground &above ground Drainage, sewage, stormwater networks.
Duties &Responsibilties
• Implementation for the value of Engineering.
• Review Mechanical Specifications & Calculations for conformance with Contract
Documents.
• Prepare all Design, Execution & Tender Drawings. Scheduling & Bills of Material.
• Planning &Estimation, take-off Quantity, remeasured BOQ Etc ..
• Review Mechanical Shop drawings and Vendor drawings for compliance with
Contract Documents
• Review Mechanical Materials submittals for compliance with Contract Documents.
• organizing.the staff, Bill of Material, Calculating Men Hours Required for finishing
project and work Distribution accordingly.systematic oraganization in order to complete the target.
• Co-ordinating the suppliers technically clarification, in order to supply the materials on time
Responsibilities:
• Ensure projects meet programme requirements.
• Attend site meetings with Contractors / Consultants/owners.
• Co-ordination with civil/structural, architectural&other Departments while
Designing, inspection of site installations at appropriate stages by quality group of our dept.
• supervision and management of Site Engineers / planning Engineers &sr.Supervisors
• Undertake regular construction reviews.
• Managing the daily activities of Production for the finalization of the project.
