Responsible for cost effective procurement of capital goods, service contracts, supplies, and all other indirect materials. Lead and support in RFI/RFP/RFQ for all departments.
Consolidated, analyzed and reported on indirect procurement metrics/scorecard for business reviews
Conducted detailed spend analysis and bench-marking, market evaluation and use as a basis to create data-based Category strategies and sourcing activities
