2) Evaluate the offer, negotiate the price and payment terms to finalize contract
3) Sustain and develop a robust and responsive supply base that provides the needs of the business
4) Liaising with shipper and logistics for bookings & documentation.
5) Communicate purchasing procedures as outlined by the Supply Chain team and assists in solving problems with orders/ suppliers as well as developing smooth communication with QA, Operation and Supply Chain.
6) To ensure in cooperation with QA that products are purchased at the optimum quality and price, that meets operational and customer requirements
7) Supporting marketing department for New Product Development by Sourcing new Products.
8) Key Point in handling Supply Chain functions of various International Restaurant Chains, by working closely with Supply Chain Division & Stock Controller.
9) Interacting with a wide range of suppliers from across the globe.
10) Manage the purchasing process through competitive offers to ensure that it is carried out effectively and economically to meet the user’s requirement.
11) Optimizing cargo consolidation for effective delivery.
