Inspection of all kind of raw material & verified with MTC.
• Review approved Drawings & ITP
• Perform all activities & duties which may need in Tanks Construction as per Code & client’s specification.
• Review WPS, PQR, as per Project specification
• Monitor all parameters all welding, before, during, after welding
• Check fit-up as per approved WPS & also check welder qualification record that Welder is qualified &
able to do welding according to WPS.
• Inspect of weld visual inspection as per WPS, Joint detail.
• Witness all kind of air leak test according to approved procedure by the client
• Witness and Monitor all Inspection and testing which is in approved drawing & ITP
• Perform all duties under the supervision of client / Third party inspector
• Witness Hydrostatic test as per Code of Client’s specification
• Prepare Weld map and take spot which may need as per thickness & Code specification.
• Review all types of RT, PT reports
• Inspection of all Final visual & dimensional inspection and prepare as built dimensions.
• I have responsible to inspect all activities during Tank manufacturing as mention below.
• To monitors all activities in pipelines working and checked it according to our code or standard specifications
• Complete step by step all relevant compliance reports to complete the dossier of any job.
• To complete all documentation as per ITP required.
• Co-operate with client/third party inspector to complete the inspection of all jobs.
Teaching the DAE students especially 3rd year .
Majir subjects (Machine design, Material testing & heat treatment, Tool design, Drawing, Metallurgy, etc)
