•Planning project activities to be undertaken
•Preparing project schedule in consultation with the Managing Director as per planned project activities
•New vendor development to reduce acquisition cost of materials
•To plan and undertake meeting with vendors and suppliers to decide and finalize the quotation/order
•Assigning different tasks to people at site including supervisors and project head
•Revising and updating project schedule if required after discussion with project head and site supervisors
•To manage site activities by visiting site on a regular basis
•To comply with labour policies, safety standards etc for different projects
•To study daily site reports of a project and compare it with the targeted activities and take necessary steps accordingly
•Attending urgent meetings with clients to discuss and resolve unnecessary delays in the project
•To handle all billing and invoices and to comply with tax regulations
•To handle all Letter of Credit (LC) matters starting from deciding upon type and format of LC till raising invoices against the same
